Customer Reviews
Always reliable banana pudding
This was my third time ordering the classic banana pudding, and it was great, as usual. The quality and taste are consistently good, which is why I keep coming back. Shipping was prompt, arriving in about 4 days to California. They really do a good job with packaging.
Decent experience, minor shipping note
I ordered the Chocolate Hazelnut Banana Pudding and a couple of Red Velvet Cupcakes. The desserts themselves were delicious, especially the pudding, it was exactly what I expected from Magnolia Bakery. My only slight critique is that the delivery took 6 days to reach Ohio, which felt a little long compared to other perishable items I've ordered online. Everything was still cold when it arrived, so no issues with freshness, just a bit of a wait. Packaging was secure, though. Good quality overall, just wish shipping was a touch faster.
Detailed review of my order
I ordered a Banana Pudding Variety Pack and a small assortment of cupcakes. The ordering process on their website was straightforward and easy to navigate. I received an order confirmation email immediately, and a shipping notification with tracking within 24 hours. The package arrived in excellent condition, well-insulated with dry ice that was still mostly frozen. The banana pudding cups were perfectly chilled, and the cupcakes were individually secured, so they didn't get smushed. Everything tasted fresh, especially the banana pudding – that's the real star. I had a quick question about storage, and customer support responded to my email within a few hours, which was helpful. Overall, a solid experience from start to finish.
Got the cookies, they were good
I ordered some Chocolate Chunk Cookies and a few Snickerdoodles. They arrived pretty quickly, took about 4 days to get here. The cookies were soft and chewy, tasted homemade. No complaints really, just a nice treat. Would probably get them again sometime.
Good value with first-time offer
As a first-time buyer, I used the 15% off code, which made the Banana Pudding Variety Pack a pretty good deal. Shipping was free for that item, which also helped keep the cost down. The pudding itself was excellent, tasted fresh. Given the quality and the savings, I felt it was worth the purchase. I'd consider ordering again if there's another good offer.
